About the Role:
As a Client Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and providing vital administrative support. You’ll be responsible for a defined set of tasks, including processing KiwiSaver and other withdrawals, managing fund transfers, onboarding new clients, and handling applications.
In this role, you’ll engage with clients via phone calls, SMS, and email. Each interaction is an opportunity to educate, inspire, and enhance the client experience. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position within a growing business, offering plenty of opportunities to contribute to meaningful change through creative problem-solving and process improvements. Finding creative solutions and taking initiative will be essential to thriving in this role and making a lasting impact.
This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington.

Experience Required:
- Experience in a client facing, sales or administration role within the financial services industry (financial services industry experience preferred but not essential)
- Client first attitude excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent user across the Microsoft 365 suite
- Previous experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of administration processes
- Ability to use initiative and work without direct supervision
