About the role

As a Client Experience Representative in our Client Experience team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support with all things Fisher Funds across all our client channels. You’ll respond to a wide range of queries, whether it is helping our clients understand how to update their personal details, providing information about their retirement savings, or guiding a first-home buyer through the KiwiSaver withdrawal process. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client’s financial journey.

This role will focus on delivering clear, accurate, and empathetic support over the phone and digital channels. You’ll also play a key role in identifying when a client needs specialist support and referring them to the right team or a Financial Adviser. Your ability to listen, communicate with care, and connect clients to the right solutions will be central to their experience with Fisher Funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Client Enquiries Across Channels
    Serve as the first point of contact, providing clear and empathetic support to clients via phone, email, and digital platforms.

  • Promote Self-Service and Digital Tools
    Encourage clients to use online tools and assist them in navigating digital platforms independently.

  • Refer Clients to Specialist Support
    Identify when specialist advice is needed and refer clients to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring smooth handover and follow-up.

  • Maintain Data Accuracy and Compliance
    Update client information accurately and ensure all interactions comply with privacy and regulatory standards.
