As a Senior Wealth Adviser, you will play a key role in shaping our client’s futures by assisting them in meeting their financial goals. You will provide high quality advice and tailored solutions to support our clients, and in the process of doing so help them feel in control of their financial wellbeing.
You will proactively support and advise a dedicated group of clients and identify future opportunities for further growth through meeting a range of new and prospective clients. Your sound knowledge and experience of the financial industry and markets is necessary, as well as up to date knowledge of our products and services. The Senior Wealth Advisor will also role-model Fisher Funds values and provide some mentorship to our more junior advisors.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive engagement and retention

Deliver high-quality, goals-based financial advice that builds trust

Conduct regular reviews to ensure clients’ strategies align with their objectives

Respond promptly to client enquiries with proactive, exceptional service

Ensure all advice complies with regulatory standards and company policies

Develop and execute annual business plans to generate new opportunities

Prospect and convert leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities

Manage pipeline effectively to maximise conversion and business growth
Skills and Experience

Current Financial Adviser certification (required)
-
Graduate Diploma in Personal Financial Planning (desired)

Certified Financial Planner designation (or willingness to complete)

Completion of CPD as per regulatory and company standards

Strong knowledge of financial advice best practices, including investments, cashflow, and insurance

Understanding of regulatory requirements for financial advice delivery

Proven ability to deliver high-quality advice and grow client portfolios

Excellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder engagement skills
