About the opportunity

We are looking for a recent finance or accounting graduate to join our International Sales Finance team based in East Tamaki, Auckland. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team where you can grow your experience, develop strong foundations in finance, and build a long‑term career within a global organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing financial transactions including customer payments, accounts receivable, bank payments and general ledger entries.
  • Reconciling bank and customer accounts and investigating errors or anomalies.
  • Reviewing and processing expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting month‑end and year‑end activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Assisting with standard reporting, ad‑hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Developing hands‑on expertise in financial systems, tools and accounting practices.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll be a motivated and curious graduate who's eager to learn, adaptable to new challenges, and takes pride in producing accurate work with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.

Other key skills and attributes we are looking for:

  • A completed tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Confidence using Excel, and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • A proactive, reliable work ethic and a willingness to learn.
