About the Role:

The Marketing & Communications Specialist plays a key role in delivering clear, engaging and timely communications that reflect Fisher Funds’ brand and strengthen our relationships with our clients.

Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team and a range of internal partners, this role is responsible for developing, coordinating and executing client‑facing communications across a variety of channels. You’ll help translate complex or technical information into accessible, meaningful content that supports client confidence and trust.

This is a hands‑on role, well suited to a marketing communications generalist who enjoys variety, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and likes being involved across the full lifecycle of content and communications delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Delivery

  • Create clear, engaging and onbrand content across a range of marketing and client communication channels

  • Translate complex, technical or complianceled information into accessible, clientfriendly messaging that builds understanding and trust

  • Support the planning and delivery of communication programmes and marketing initiatives from concept through to execution

  • Contribute to a consistent and highquality client experience across all written communications

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Product and Legal teams to develop effective communications

  • Build strong working relationships to ensure content is accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice

  • Actively contribute ideas, feedback and solutions to support effective communication outcomes and campaign delivery

Editing, Quality & Execution

  • Edit, proofread and review content to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, clarity and consistency

  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all communications, with a focus on quality and compliance

  • Manage multiple pieces of work at once, balancing deadlines and priorities while maintaining high standards

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality, processes and ways of working

  • Take a proactive, handson approach by pitching in where needed to support the wider Marketing & Communications team

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values learning, improvement and shared success

Skills & Experience:

  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications or a related role

  • Strong written communication skills, with experience creating and editing content across multiple formats

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex information clearly and effectively

  • Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output

  • Confident working with a range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to get involved where needed
