This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to move beyond pure reporting and build a career in funds management and investment analysis.

Working closely with an experienced Fund Manager, you'll be involved in analysing fund and property performance, supporting investment decisions and contributing to strategy across a portfolio of commercial property assets.

The Role
You'll sit within the funds team but work across property and finance, giving you exposure to how investment decisions are made in a real world environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing fund and property performance, including income, costs and returns
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Preparing regular reporting for internal stakeholders including leadership and investment committees
  • Assisting with property level analysis such as valuations, leasing and capital expenditure
  • Conducting market and economic research to support fund strategy and investment decisions
  • Supporting capital raising activity and new initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, systems and processes
About you
You're someone who enjoys working with data but also wants to understand the bigger picture. You may have started your career in accounting, finance or analysis and are looking for a role that gives you more exposure to commercial decision making.

You'll bring
  • A relevant degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar
  • Up to 2 years experience in a related role
  • Strong Excel skills and an interest in building modelling capability
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn
What's on offer
  • Opportunity to build a career in funds management and investment
  • Exposure to property, finance and strategic decision making
  • Supportive team environment with strong mentoring
If you're looking for a role where you can develop beyond reporting and gain real exposure to investment thinking, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your CV via Seek to be considered.
