Job description:

Our NIV products support critically ill patients, helping prevent escalation to intubation. Building on this important work, you'll step into a high-impact role within our successful NIV business. With leading products in market and an exciting pipeline pushing the boundaries of innovation, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and accelerating clinical change through best-in-class NIV interfaces.

This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll partner closely with Product Development, Sales, Regulatory, and Quality teams to manage the product lifecycle and enable our global sales organisation in a highly regulated medical device environment.

About the role:

• Develop and deliver product education, marketing, and digital content

• Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and sales

• Present products and therapies to varied audiences

• Use sales data to drive strategy and decision-making

• Mentor junior team members

• Lead process improvements and operational excellence

About you:

• Degree in marketing, business, science, or engineering + 5 years' experience

• Proven ownership mindset with strong delivery track record

• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills

• Credible, collaborative relationship builder

• Curious, proactive, and growth-oriented

• Able to translate technical and clinical concepts clearly

• Strong critical thinker who adapts knowledge across contexts

• Comfortable working independently and in teams

• Willing to travel internationally
