Product Lead

We're looking for a Product Lead to join our Digital Technology team and help shape and deliver the digital products, services, and experiences that support our clients and people.
In this role, you'll work across strategic technology and business initiatives, leading product delivery from concept through to implementation. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to define priorities, drive outcomes, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful value for our clients and business.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, leading cross-functional teams, and translating ideas into practical, customer-focused solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and prioritising product backlogs to align with business objectives and client needs.
- Leading digital initiatives and product delivery from discovery through to implementation.
- Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
- Analysing user adoption, performance, and value realisation across digital channels.
- Coordinating delivery teams and removing barriers to successful execution.
- Facilitating workshops and requirements gathering activities.
- Supporting solution design, business case development, and change management planning.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in product management, business analysis, or digital delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of digital products, customer experience, and process improvement.
- Experience working within Agile environments and digital technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing competing priorities.
- A proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused approach.
