We're looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Digital Technology team and help deliver secure, reliable, and productive technology experiences across the organisation.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365, AWS, endpoint, and workplace technology environments. You'll play a key role in ensuring our people have the tools and support they need to work effectively anywhere.

We're looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, automating processes, and continuously improving modern workplace technologies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administering and optimising Microsoft 365, AWS, and cloud services.
  • Providing Level 3 support across workplace and collaboration platforms.
  • Managing Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Supporting Microsoft Entra ID and identity management services.
  • Implementing automation and process improvements.
  • Supporting platform upgrades, migrations, and optimisation initiatives.
  • Monitoring platform health, security, and utilisation.
  • Contributing to the Modern Workplace roadmap and technology lifecycle planning.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
  • Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager expertise.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity services.
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and endpoint management.
  • PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience implementing security and compliance controls within Microsoft 365.
