The Digital Marketing Manager at Flexera is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, owning acquisition metrics analysis to understand and optimize the sources of visitors to our web properties. The Digital Marketing manager is also responsible for the multiple marketing technologies we use to acquire, engage and nurture our visitors. This position works cross-functionally with Product Marketing Management, Product Management, Demand Generation, Front-end Development and External Agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising

  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Maintaining the online presence of the Flexera web properties

  • Integrating marketing technology applications into the web properties

  • Working with front-end developers to execute digital marketing initiatives

  • Managing agencies to deliver on digital marketing goals and outcomes

Required:

  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience

  • Demonstrated growth of traffic acquisition to drive business results

  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization and demonstrated success

  • Experience with Paid Search marketing and ability to manage an external agency execute high-performing campaigns

  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Drupal a plus)

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms for B2B use

  • Experience working with and managing external agencies

  • Experience implementing 3rd party marketing technology providers (Chat, Google Analytics, PathFactory)

  • Excellent analytical abilities, understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics a plus)

  • Passion for significantly driving growth through digital channels

  • Superior communication/presentation and interpersonal skills
