We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Integration Lead specialized in ServiceNow and Flexera technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing solutions that leverage ServiceNow and Flexera platforms to meet our business needs. Your expertise will drive the development and deployment of scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs leveraging ServiceNow and Flexera technologies.

• Architecture Development: Create robust, scalable, and sustainable architecture solutions aligned with industry best practices and company goals. Ensure the architecture meets security, scalability, performance, and reliability requirements.

• Implementation Oversight: Lead and guide the implementation process, working closely with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural designs and standards. With the ability to contribute to multiple projects running in parallel.

• Integration Development & Management: Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow, Flexera, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

  • Integration Strategy: Develop a comprehensive integration strategy to connect ServiceNow, Flexera, and diverse systems across the organization

  • Technical Design: Create detailed technical designs for integrations, outlining data mapping, protocols, and workflows, ensuring compatibility and efficiency

  • Integration Development: Lead and participate in the development of integration solutions, utilizing APIs, middleware, and custom connectors to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability

  • API Management: Implement and manage API frameworks and standards to facilitate smooth communication between different systems while ensuring security and scalability

  • Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of integrations to guarantee functionality, data accuracy, and system stability. Collaborate with QA teams to establish robust validation processes

  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Address any integration-related issues promptly, employing troubleshooting techniques and optimization strategies to enhance performance and reliability

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices and maintaining high-quality standards. Self-starter attitude with ability to troubleshoot and conduct own research on solutions.

• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the solution architecture and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, guidelines, reports, comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines. Share knowledge and best practices across teams to foster a collaborative learning environment and present solutions to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Required Skills:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on ServiceNow technologies as a consultant in the IT industry.

• Expertise in ServiceNow: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Integration HUB, Asset Management/ITAM and Discovery. Experience with HAM/SAM modules preferred.

• Flexera Proficiency: In-depth understanding and practical experience in utilizing Flexera solutions for software asset management, license optimization, and related functionalities. Experience with Flexera’s solution(s) or other IT and Software Asset Management tools like ServiceNow Software Asset Management preferred.

• Architecture Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise-level architecture principles, including cloud-based solutions, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders at various levels.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in ServiceNow and Flexera are highly desirable
