  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with product and engineering goals

  • Program Oversight: Lead and manage multiple programs within product and engineering, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key objectives

  • Leadership: Ability to lead the creation of programs in a highly ambiguous environment; form the right stakeholder teams and implement methods for program management coordination and execution

  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and quality standards

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to steer critical programs from start to finish

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and concise communication between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines

  • Executive Communication: Facilitate transparent communication, simplifying complex matters into actionable updates for executives

  • Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies while escalating impediments and mitigating risks that may impact delivery or operational effectiveness

  • Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and operational efficiency

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with teams across the organization, including support, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive execution of operational strategies

  • Mindset: Leading all program efforts through influence and a supporting mindset

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in program management within product operations or related fields

  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex programs in a fast-paced environment

  • Adept at building strong, trusting relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

  • Outstanding team building and management skills, encompassing conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building

  • Critical thinking prowess for resolving intricate and uncertain challenges.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
