Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team and sales organization. This role will play a key part in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across communications, and helping drive engagement with our target audiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Coordinator

  • Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling social media content across platforms
  • Monitor engagement and help maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Track basic performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices
  • Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics

Creative & Content Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Assist in drafting and editing marketing copy for various channels
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and marketing team members to gather content and ensure timely execution
  • Assist in creating email blasts, including event follow-up, monthly campaigns, and special event invitations
  • Help make sure TLAs have up-to-date ad content and log in TFC DAM (Airtable)
  • Assists with creative marketing-related onboarding and offboarding tasks and maintains employee marketing materials, including business cards, biographies, website profiles, and stationery
  • Order and maintain printed materials and folders for all office locations
  • Help maintain organization of marketing assets, templates, and campaign materials
  • Monitor and ensure Trial Lawyer Associations (TLAs) and other sponsored organizations consistently use current logos and approved brand messaging across social media and all applicable platforms

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide backup support for the marketing inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Assist with general marketing operations, reporting, and project coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing platforms (email, social media, CRM tools) is a plus

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and basic performance tracking
  • Working knowledge of CRM, CMS, or digital asset management platforms (e.g., Airtable or similar)
  • Exposure to event marketing, sponsorships, or association-related initiatives
  • Basic design experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
