The Sr. Manager of Sales Operations & Insights will work closely with all GTM teams to optimize sales processes, analyze data to provide actionable insights, and drive performance improvements across our sales organization.


Sales Process Optimization

  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales operations and other departments.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and uncover insights.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting that provide visibility into the sales pipeline including maturation on pipeline coverage (wealth and health). Proactively identify and communicate actionable insights for sales leaders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and address specific business questions.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Lead the development of sales forecasts and quotas in collaboration with sales leadership and finance teams.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of sales territories, quotas, and incentive programs.

Sales Technology Management

  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the CRM systems and non-CRM sales technologies (ex. Sales Navigator, SalesIntel, HubSpot, Gong, etc.).
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of sales technology tools and processes.
  • Evaluate new sales technology solutions and make recommendations for implementation.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead a team of sales operations analysts and specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales operations team.


  • 5+ years’ experience in sales process optimization and business analytics, preferably in a tech company
  • Proven track record of strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong experience in CRM platforms, experience in Microsoft Dynamics a plus
  • Experience with sales automation tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
