What You Will Do

You will lead our financial operations with precision and strategic insight, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and scalable processes. This role is critical to maintaining financial integrity as we continue to expand and accelerate. You will be a key partner to leadership, driving compliance, optimizing financial systems, and enabling informed decision-making to support GT’s high-growth trajectory.

• Financial Leadership: Oversee all accounting operations, including the monthly close process, financial reporting, internal controls, audits and tax compliance.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax regulations, and industry compliance standards, mitigating financial risks.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and executive leadership to drive financial strategy and efficiency.
• Audit & Tax Oversight: Manage external audits, liaise with tax advisors, and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
• Automation & Efficiency: Leverage AI-driven financial tools and automation to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline processes.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Oversee cash flow reporting, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture that supports business objectives.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience, with 3-5+ years in a senior leadership role (Controller, Assistant Controller, or equivalent).
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Deep expertise in GAAP, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Deep expertise in software revenue recognition
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of driving financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience managing audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

• The expected annual base salary range for this role is $165,000 – $265,00. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
