What You Will Do

You play a strategic role in driving growth for Gamma Technologies’ data center solutions. This position focuses on helping existing clients maximize the value of GT software in their data center environments while expanding adoption across their organizations. Additionally, the role will lead new business development initiatives targeting prospective customers in key sectors such as hyperscale operators, colocation providers, cloud service providers, and mission-critical infrastructure organizations.

This position requires a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in complex B2B software sales, and the ability to position GT-SUITE as a leading platform for data center performance, efficiency, and reliability.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective accounts and expand GT’s footprint within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, demonstrating the value of GT’s data center solutions
  • Drive outbound sales efforts through prospecting into new departments, divisions, and global locations of existing customers, as well as new customers, using email, phone, social media, and networking
  • Represent GT at industry tradeshows, conferences, and customer events to promote data center solutions
  • Work closely with technical teams to tailor solutions for customer needs and ensure successful implementation
  • Ability to travel 30–50% (domestic and international).

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Prior five (5) years in business development or technical sales within CAE, simulation, IoT, or digital twin domains
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex B2B software solutions
  • Familiarity with system simulation tools (GT-SUITE preferred), digital twin concepts, and Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000–$140,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Sales commissions and performance-based incentives are offered in addition to the base salary as part of the total compensation package.
