What You Will Do
You will play a strategic role in driving growth for Gamma Technologies’ simulation solutions within the power and energy sector. This position focuses on helping existing customers maximize the value of GT software across energy systems, power generation, thermal management, electrification, hydrogen technologies, renewable energy applications, nuclear energy systems, and industrial equipment development while expanding adoption across their organizations.
You will also lead new business development initiatives targeting prospective customers across the power and energy ecosystem, including:
- Power generation companies
- Nuclear energy and advanced reactor organizations
- Energy technology and infrastructure organizations
- Renewable energy developers
- Utilities and grid modernization organizations
- Hydrogen and alternative fuel companies
- Industrial equipment manufacturers
- EPC and engineering consulting firms
- Data center and energy management organizations
This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in complex B2B engineering software sales, and the ability to position GT-SUITE as a leading platform for system simulation, digital twins, thermal management, and energy system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power and energy sector while expanding GT’s footprint within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders, technical teams, program managers, and executive decision-makers
- Position GT-SUITE as a platform for system-level simulation, digital twins, thermal management, and energy system optimization
- Drive outbound sales efforts through prospecting into new programs, divisions, and sites within existing and prospective customers using email, phone, social media, and networking
- Represent GT at industry conferences, tradeshows, and customer events within the power, energy, and nuclear sectors
- Collaborate closely with GT application engineers and technical teams to develop tailored solutions aligned with customer initiatives
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical evaluations, pilots, and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Travel approximately 50% domestically and internationally

- Due to customer proximity and business needs, this position requires the successful candidate to be based in Texas.
- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This role is eligible for variable compensation through Gamma Technologies’ commission program.
