Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Gong Cha. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and excellence in the beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to Gong Cha standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Passion for coffee and tea is a plus.
