Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Gong Cha. Located in the Natick Mall, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to Gong Cha standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking their orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area and equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked appropriately.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist with training new staff members on beverage preparation and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Passion for coffee and beverage preparation is a must.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
