Overview

We are seeking a passionate, hard working and responsible Barista with leadership experience to join our team at Gong cha in the South Shore Plaza. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a variety of exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to connect with customers and your attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our store.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve Gong cha’s signature drinks and toppings with consistency and care
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
• Work as part of a fun, energetic team

What We're Looking For:

• Prior bubble tea barista experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Prior food service or customer service experience is required
• A genuine passion for tea and a desire to be an expert in brewing techniques and beverage preparation
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
