Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Café Associate. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that keeps our guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve beverages, including tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks, following company recipes and standards
• Handle food preparation tasks while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Operate POS systems , cash handling, and order processing
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred, especially barista or coffee experience
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and serving techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.61 - $28.43 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 20 per week
