Gong Cha Barista

Must have be available 9:30am-10:30pm and must work weekends.

Responsibility:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Make drinks (bubble tea/ slushes/ fruit tea, etc.)
• Taking orders and processing orders. Orders are coming from in-store customers and online ordering services. Occasionally, we have special and big orders.
• Providing informative solutions to customer questions about our products.
• Kitchen duty including cooking bubbles/teas, and making toppings.
• Store opening and closing. You will have open/closing shift. You have to follow store’s protocols on store opening and store closing. You will be, after predetermined time, required to be independently open, and lead closing.
• And others.

Qualifications:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Fluent in English.
• Have work authorization/employment eligibility in US.

• Be able to work on open shift (9AM) and closing shift (10PM).

• Work experience with other Gong Cha/ Kung Fu Tea/ Vivi Bubble Tea/ TBaar / or other bubble tea brands is preferred.
• Ability to speak mandarin is plus
