Job Summary:

We’re seeking 1-2 enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Baristas. We are also looking for people that won’t have issues with transportation, are not in school and don’t have any sports or extra curricular activities. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve our signature teas, boba, and other beverages while providing exceptional service to our guests. Ideal for anyone looking for a good amount of hours in a vibrant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and customize a variety of bubble teas, coffees, and specialty drinks according to our recipes and customer preferences.
• Operating equipment and POS systems efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking ingredients and sanitizing surfaces.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments.
• Promote seasonal specials to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management and opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training! (Previous food service or barista experience is a plus.)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18+ years old.
• Ability to build relationships.
