Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of bubble teas and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and beverage stations in accordance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions confidently, process payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills.
• Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed while adhering to food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus.
• Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience with beverage service, drink preparation, and retail sales transactions is advantageous.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
