Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Gong Cha Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, creating delightful beverages and providing outstanding customer service. Your enthusiasm and efficiency will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision, following established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately
- Serve drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using POS systems
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and promote specials or new offerings
- Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold health regulations and ensure customer safety
Qualifications
- Previous food service or café experience is preferred, especially barista or beverage preparation roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper cleaning procedures
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods
