We have ambitious plans to expand further globally and are actively growing through acquisition. We need equally ambitious, determined sales executives to help us achieve our goals. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our successful and growing sales team.

The position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role and you will need to be an enthusiastic, driven, confident, self-motivated individual. You will be generating revenue for Green Street, specifically selling our React News platform to market participants across Europe. Whilst not essential, if you can speak French or German this would be very beneficial.

You will work with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have 360 degree experience of the sales process and can demonstrate drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in turning qualified prospects into new clients. You will play a vital role in the continued growth trajectory of Green Street. We have big plans, are growing fast, and are building a sales team to match.


  • Focus on creating and converting leads to clients through proactive prospect engagement via phone calls and tailored email campaigns;
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment to manage and build upon an existing sales pipeline;
  • Proactively track updates to pipeline activity and revenue forecast through Salesforce;
  • Prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of prospects through sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for high volume prospect engagement to drive revenue and brand awareness;
  • Achieve key activity (e.g. calls, email engagement, etc.) and performance metrics;
  • Amass and synthesize real estate, transaction, and securities data to enable relevant prospect engagement;
  • Understand and document prospect feedback throughout sales cycle to assist in formulating new sales approaches.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in B2B sales which must include experience of closing business;
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets;
  • Ability to work comfortably with technical products and solutions;
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding key sales activities and metrics;
  • Experience with giving web-based demonstrations to clients;
  • An understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients’ needs is a strong plus;
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom for any employer, without sponsorship requirements;
  • Must live within commutable distance of our London office.
