We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our cutting-edge projects. Our cloud and mobile-based solutions are used for collecting, and processing key retail, and commercial high street data for the investment sector. You will be working on an Agile team dedicated to developing web and mobile application applications used by our clients and an internal team of market researchers to provide the most comprehensive view of Retail Real Estate in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems using C# and SQL, with a preference for PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.
  • Work directly with a development team in London, California offshore development team members in various time zones
  • Able to overlap with US West coast 3 – 4 hours to handle hand-over discussions, triage issues, etc.
Requirements

We are highly selective – candidates should possess the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or comparable experience
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects, spanning at least 5 years.
  • Proficiency in C# and SQL, with extensive experience in PostgreSQL.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of database management, optimization, and security.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying current with new technologies.
