Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will proactively seek out and approach prospects. You are driven, decisive, and do not let yourself to be discouraged easily. You answer questions from potential customers, provide information about our services and products, and schedule appointments for the Sales team.

You are also the point of contact for our existing customers. The ratio of sales support vs. prospecting is about 50:50.

Responsibilities

  • Approaching potential customers (warm / cold) via different channels (telephone / email / social media).
  • Keeping customers informed, both by phone and email.
  • Scheduling appointments for the Sales team with customers.
  • Taking incoming calls from customers and ensuring they are followed up.
  • Recording your customer contacts and actions in the CRM system.
  • Preparing quotations and sending reports to customers.
Requirements
  • 2 – 7 years of relevant work experience in a comparative and / or sales support role.
  • Have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
  • Have communication skills and the ability to collaborate and consult with colleagues and customers.
  • Have drive, determination, and energy to achieve and exceed objectives.
