Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving attendance and revenue for IJGlobal prestigious conferences and awards. You will plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote a portfolio of international events, ensuring their commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital channels, including website, email, social media, and paid advertising, to meet delegate and revenue targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams (conference producers, editors, designers) to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with event objectives.
· Build and manage marketing lists, ensuring data is accurate, segmented, and optimized for outreach.
· Forge partnerships with external organizations and manage sponsorship deliverables to maximize event visibility and engagement.
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports on channel activity, ROI, and delegate acquisition metrics.
· Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI and stay within allocated spend.
· Coordinate on-site marketing efforts, ensuring all event marketing deliverables are executed smoothly.
· Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, enhancing the visibility and success of our events.
· B2B event marketing experience (minimum 2 years), with a proven track record of success.
· End-to-end marketing campaign management, especially across digital channels.
· Exceptional copywriting skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive, clear, and engaging content.
· Hands-on experience with marketing technologies such as Cvent, HubSpot, Salesforce, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
· Experience managing budgets and marketing spend to optimize ROI.
· Familiarity with content marketing strategies and data selection/segmentation tools (preferred).
· Ability to build and manage landing pages (preferred).

· Hybrid working model - 3 days per week in our office at Polygraphia Office Center, Sofia, Bulgaria, 2 days per week - home office
· Working hours – 11 am – 8 pm EET and 9 am - 6 pm EET - depending on the events assigned
