Position Overview
Our Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, streamlining processes, managing workflows, and improving the overall efficiency of our organization. As a Revenue Operations Manager at Green Street, you will drive operational efficiency and performance across our commercial functions—including Marketing, Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, and Customer Success.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) organization is aligned, data-informed, workflow-enabled, and scalable. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in Revenue Operations, with proven success in designing and managing cross-functional workflows that enable commercial teams to succeed. They will also bring a passion for process improvement, optimization through technical solutions, and cross-functional collaboration.
Through each initiative, this individual will partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, IT, and Compliance to deliver results aligned with our revenue growth strategy and operational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning & Delivery: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and ownership assignments to ensure successful execution. Support GTM strategies through operational rigor and data-driven insights.
- Workflow Management & Standardization: Develop, document, and manage workflows across commercial teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment. Identify bottlenecks in the sales and customer lifecycle and implement improvements that increase velocity and efficiency. Drive adoption of sales methodologies and enablement tools across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, and Compliance to drive initiatives that align with revenue growth and operational objectives. Support M&A integration and cross-functional projects as needed. Foster effective communication and alignment across commercial functions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to deliver real-time insights across the revenue funnel (MQL → SQL → closed-won → expansion). Provide transparency into KPIs and ensure leaders have the data needed to make informed decisions.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support accurate forecasting through process design, CRM hygiene, and pipeline health metrics. Lead monthly reporting cycles and support quarterly business reviews.
- Ideation & Continuous Improvement: Develop and analyze key performance indicators across demand creation, business development, and ARR production. Generate new ideas, process enhancements, and best practices to optimize GTM efficiency and growth.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based businesses preferred
- Proven ability to design and manage workflows that enable commercial teams and organizational scale
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment
- Creative problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity, with persistence to manage risks, scope, and timelines to deliver results
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred
Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization
In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
