Position Overview

As Talent Acquisition Partner, UK & Ireland, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our teams across all business units in the region. You will act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and senior leaders, bringing strong business acumen, deep recruiting expertise, and a data-driven mindset to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, shape hiring strategies, and help evolve our talent practices as we continue to grow. You will work closely with global Talent Acquisition and People & Culture colleagues to ensure consistency, compliance, and an outstanding candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies across all UK & Ireland business units
  • Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and hiring
  • Use data and insights to actively manage and optimize candidate pipelines, monitor funnel health, and provide regular, meaningful reporting to stakeholders
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent through multiple channels, building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Own recruitment strategy for assigned roles, including job description development, advertising strategy, interview design, and assessment approach
  • Champion and embed diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices across all searches
  • Conduct high-quality, structured, behavioral based interviews to assess both technical capability and cultural alignment
  • Deliver a best in class candidate experience, ensuring timely, transparent, and engaging communication at every stage
  • Coach and advise Hiring Managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and fair hiring practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with global Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to ensure alignment on processes, tools, and standards
  • Stay informed on UK & Ireland employment legislation, market trends, and talent insights, applying this knowledge to hiring decisions

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in an inhouse or corporate recruiting role, hiring professional and skilled roles across multiple business areas (e.g. Commercial, Editorial, Research, Corporate functions)
  • Proven success managing high volume and/or multi-role hiring with strong attention to quality and candidate experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and influence hiring decisions through data and insight
  • Strong sourcing capability, including experience engaging passive candidates
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into action
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and hiring demands
  • Strong understanding of offer negotiation, employment legislation, and regional labor market dynamics within the UK & Ireland
  • Digitally savvy, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools, systems, and recruiting technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to a basic salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
