Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Strategically engage high-potential prospects across multiple channels, crafting personalized outreach that converts qualified leads into long-term client relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Independently manage and grow an existing sales pipeline, exercising sound judgment to ensure consistent progress toward revenue targets.
- CRM & Forecasting: Proactively maintain accurate pipeline activity and revenue forecasts in Salesforce, ensuring records are current and actionable.
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, moving multiple prospects through the pipeline efficiently and simultaneously.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that drives high-volume prospect engagement, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed key activity targets, including call volume, email engagement, and other defined KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze real estate, transaction, and securities data to inform relevant, high-impact prospect conversations.
- Feedback & Iteration: Capture and document prospect feedback throughout the sales cycle to continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in financial information services, or a related professional services industry - senior candidates evaluated on demonstrated expertise
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and a consistent track record of hitting targets
- Exceptional communicator with the interpersonal skills to build trust quickly across a range of client profiles
- Proficient in Salesforce or equivalent CRM, with disciplined pipeline hygiene habits
- Comfortable working with data - able to synthesize market intelligence and translate it into compelling prospect conversations
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization
In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
