At Green Street, our SDR Managers play a crucial role in shaping the future of our commercial organization. You’ll lead and scale a team of 7+ SDRs across EMEA. You'll be responsible for building, coaching, and managing a high-performing team while driving the strategy, processes, and pipeline that fuels new business growth for Green Street's full product suite.

This role is ideal for leaders who are passionate about developing others and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of SDRs, fostering a culture of grit, coachability, self-awareness, and self-development
  • Champion SDR career development, build clear progression paths, and help team members grow into other commercial roles
  • Manage individual and team targets for outbound and inbound activities, meetings arranged, and pipeline contribution
  • Relentlessly track performance through CRM reporting and weekly 121s
  • Define the EMEA SDR playbook surrounding sequences, messaging frameworks, ICPs, and objection handling
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to align campaigns, improve lead handoff processes, and drive referred pipeline and revenue generation
  • Develop a deep understanding of Green Street's products, the competitive landscape, and the commercial real estate and financial services sectors to coach the team effectively
  • Own EMEA SDR function reporting – completed meetings, scheduled meetings, show rates etc. and present results to senior leadership

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or sales, with at least 1 year mentoring or managing SDRs. We would consider an AE who would like to transition into leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in a B2B SaaS or data/analytics environment
  • Experience building outbound and inbound prospecting strategies, playbooks, and coaching frameworks
  • Strong understanding of the financial/investing landscape, with commercial real estate/infrastructure being a plus
  • Culturally fluent across diverse EMEA markets, with the ability to adapt prospecting strategies and messaging to regional nuances
  • Data-driven mindset and comfortable using Salesforce/PowerBI and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, ZoomInfo) to manage performance and forecast outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate a team and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Gritty, resourceful, and energized by the pace of a scale-up environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
