Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Delegate Sales Executive to join our events team, supporting a portfolio of Infrastructure and Real Estate conferences and awards programmes. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced events environment and enjoys building relationships, driving delegate revenue, and delivering excellent customer service from campaign launch through to onsite event delivery.
Events Portfoilio Includes:
- Awards - (including Infa Global Awards, Infa Global Investor Awards and Infra Global ESG Awards) held annually in London, New York, Dubai, and Singapore
- Infra LATAM – a conference dedicated to infrastructure and energy investment opportunities in the Latin American market.
- Infrastructure Finance Forum (IFF) - Asia, Autralia and Europe editions - forums for infrastructure deal-making, connecting investors, developers, and financiers to explore the infrastructure financing gap and unlock high-growth opportunities.
- Infra Energy Finance USA - focuses on deal origination and fundraising across Energy, TMT, and Infrastructure, convening infrastructure funds, private equity firms, institutional investors, lenders, developers, and sponsors actively deploying capital and executing transactions in the U.S. market.
- Commercial Real EstateForum Australia and Canada editions - bringing together the country’s leading authorities on commercial real estate investment, from LP allocation to developer execution. This event tracks the dollars connecting capital with deployment.
Commission Model:
Delegate Sales Executive Target: 55% of delegate rev target per event

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sell delegate tickets across a portfolio of Infrastructure and Real Estate conferences, supporting the marketing team in achieving revenue targets
- Manage outbound sales activity through phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM outreach to senior-level industry professionals
- Report on and track delegate sales pipeline performance, outreach activity, conversion rates, and sales progress
- Conduct new data research and sourcing for paid audience segments, working closely with the Marketing, Data & Lead Generation Executive
- Handle pre-event delegate management and support, including inbound enquiries, registration assistance, and delegate app sign-up support
- Liaise with the Finance team regarding invoice requests and payment follow-up
- Provide onsite event support, including delegate registration, attendee management, and customer service during live events
- Support the delivery of associated awards programmes, including awards submission coordination and entrant support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and reporting
- Build strong relationships with delegates, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to support repeat attendance and long-term engagement
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in delegate sales, event sales, B2B sales, or conference support preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in outbound calling and engaging with senior-level decision-makers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Commercially minded with a target-driven approach
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Willingness to travel and support onsite event delivery when required
Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization
In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Bulgaria without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
The current offer:
- Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week - the daily working time shifts, based on the region you work on
