Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a Client Services Analyst to join our team of business professionals managing client relationships and infusion center operations nationwide!

About the Position:

Job Title: Client Services Analyst

Location: Based on Houston, TX (Hybrid Remote/In-office Position)

Schedule: Monday - Friday; standard operating hours

Travel: Some travel to assigned locations is required for client meetings and site visits

Description: This position is the entry role within the management development program, a track designed to train and prepare Division Managers within the Client Services Department. The program strategically exposes the Client Services Analyst to both the healthcare industry and company-specific business knowledge, allowing the Analyst to understand the clinical and financial aspects of the business model. Healix Division Managers oversee multiple site operations, including managing P/L of each client business. Within the development program, the Client Services Analyst is responsible for the following:

  • Obtaining a thorough understanding of clinical, therapeutic, and business aspects of the healthcare and infusion industries to communicate effectively with physician specialists.
  • Assisting senior Client Services team members with analytics/reporting projects and financial presentations as assigned.
  • Performing site-specific responsibilities and problem-solving in coordination with Division Manages to address dynamic issues.
  • Collaborating directly with the Vice President of Client Services and Director(s) of Client Services on special projects as assigned.
  • Developing financial, operations, public speaking, and negotiation skills through shadowing and engagement in financial presentations and educational in-services for clients nationwide.
  • Successfully complete the Client Services Analyst training management development program for promotion to Client Services Associate Account Manager.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in the Sciences (with a minor in Business), Business, Finance, or Economics from a four year college or university; Preferred: MBA or MA from an accredited university
  • Healthcare interest or healthcare background is required
