Healix, LLC is currently seeking a qualified Reimbursement Manager, AIC to join our revenue cycle management team with a focus on the Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) division. This new position will work closely with the senior leadership team to oversee the revenue cycle management of AIC locations by demonstrating expertise specific to infusion billing and reimbursement. Candidates must have a strong knowledge and background in healthcare RCM management. This position is fully remote.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:30am to 5:30pm CST
*Work hours are subject to change based on business needs and with supervisor approval.
DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IMS development specific to AIC business
- P&Ps, Work instructions, and training specific to AIC business
- Oversee and manage RCM department. responsibilities related to billing, patient and insurance payment posting, patient accounts: statements, billing, and refunds, medical records, patient service re: billing and insurance, denial and AR management, operational performance metrics and reporting.
- Manages daily productions of the accounts receivable activities for AIC locations to ensure compliance with company policy and industry standards.
- Coordination and implementation of reimbursement processes for all AIC locations.
- Monitoring and evaluating reimbursement trends for establishing and implementing new policies and procedures.
- Reports departmental progress and issues to Director and/or Vice President in a timely manner.

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/ or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
