Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC is currently seeking a qualified full-time Supply Chain Agent to assist in supply chain functions within Healix. Currently, the position is a hybrid work arrangement and qualified candidates must have access to home internet and a dedicated work space free from distractions. Team members must have excellent communication skills and be able to professionally interact with clients, and fellow colleagues.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:30am to 5:30pm CST
*Work hours are subject to change based on business needs and with supervisor approval.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- · Sources and prices drugs and supplies for new product development.
- · Responds to customer inquiries regarding service, products, and account information using established procedures.
- · Initiates backorder resolution and facilitates the expediting of approved product substitutes for customers; Ensures timely and accurate communication to impacted requestors.
- · Assists with the resolution of discrepancies or problems that prohibit timely ordering of goods and services; Resolves match exception errors.
- · Completes CA and FL Designated Representative licensure for the Wholesale Distribution Operation.
- · Participates in the Wholesale Distribution Operation including on-call rotation.
- · Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- · Provides backup for the department supervisor.
- · Provide support to other buyers and Expeditors as required.
- · Provide support to Distribution Specialist and Shipping Coordinator as required and supervise timely shipping deliveries.

Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or one-to-two-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
License and Certifications
