HEOR RWE Researcher
Healix is seeking a full-time Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Researcher oversee and manage multiple HEOR real world evidence (RWE) research in multiple clinical areas. The Researcher will conduct the HEOR clinical research in collaboration with our physician clients and pharmaceutical companies, managing the study from initiation to publication.
The HEOR RWE Researcher will also:
- Conduct HEOR research projects from hypothesis development to results dissemination
- Prepare research proposals, analytical plans and research protocols
- Collect and analyze data for research studies
- Submit and present research at meetings and for publication
- Develop and manage multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner
Highly Valued Assets Include:
- Extensive research experience, including publications as lead author
- Residency/Fellowship training for pharmacists
- Working knowledge or experience with biologics or ambulatory infusion drugs
- Specific knowledge of relevant diseases in areas including immunology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, others
- Excellent teamwork skills

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree (Master’s degree or Ph.D in health services research, pharmaceutical outcomes research or related discipline, or MS in relevant field combined with MD or Pharm.D.)
- 3-4 years’ experience in HEOR research or in a clinical role in pharmacy, medicine or industry
- Successful track record in delivery of analyses to abstract and poster presentation with subsequent peer review publication
- Experience in data collection, analysis and statistical analysis
- Program management skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Strong analytical and presentation skill
- Remote working environment
