Description
Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician Coordinator II to perform sterile compounding at our pharmacy located in Sugar Land, TX.
SCHEDULE: Primarily closing shift, Monday - Friday; 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (can opt to do every other week 10hr shifts still working till 7 (8:30-7) with Friday off that week. No weekend shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Enters new prescriptions and refills into prescription management software under the direction of a pharmacist.

Prepares sterile intravenous admixture compounds under the direction of a pharmacist.

Assists with technician scheduling and general workflow.
- Answers the telephone in assigned area and directs calls quickly and professionally

Data management including multilocation calendar, word processing, and order entry

Manage stock, supplies, shipping & work area
ABOUT US
Healix® manages physician-owned office infusion centers and pharmacies nationwide providing in-office treatment and take-home medications for optimal patient comfort and outcomes. Our on-site clinical pharmacy team consists of Clinical Pharmacy Managers and Certified Pharmacy Technicians who provide an array of pharmaceutical care services to patients within Healix-managed office infusion centers across the country. Our pharmacists and technicians are able to enjoy daytime hours within a physician office setting and have direct patient interaction in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications:
- PTCB certification
- ASHP 40 hour IV certification
- Licensed in Texas
- At least 5 years of experience with IV admixtures Home Care or Hospital preferred
- Chemotherapy experience required
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
