Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC is currently seeking an IV Certified LVN to join our nursing team in Frisco, TX.

As a LVN, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical services in an infectious disease, gastroenterology, or allergy/asthma specialty facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES IN THE INFUSION CENTER
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Coordinating patient care
• Comprehensive nursing assessment
• Patient teaching and/or instructions of medication and disease process
• Medication administration under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Patient safety, monitoring, and follow-up

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• ​​​​​​​At least 2 years of experience as a nurse required
• Experience in an ambulatory care setting and/or specialty area such as: infusion, ER, Urgent Care
• Experience administering oral, IM, and SQ medications
• IV therapy experience and strong IV skills are highly desired
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Current valid license as a licensed vocational nurse in the state of practice
• Must possess valid basic life support (BLS) certification
• Must have a Texas LVN IV Therapy Certification
