We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join our Professional Risks team located in our Sydney office.

Our Professional Risks teams caters to a diverse range of occupations such as Engineers, Project Managers, Building Surveyors, and Accredited Certifiers, among others.

In this role, you'll have the chance to work with an array of exciting clients primarily across Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, and other financial lines products.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Cultivating and nurturing strong and meaningful relationships with our valued insurance partners
• Managing, servicing, and maintaining a portfolio of clients and providing front line client service in respect of those accounts.
• Ensuring a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients.
• Analyse client’s exposures, devise tailored insurance solutions and skilfully negotiate the most optimal deals within in the global insurance market.
• Assisting client managers on large and complex accounts, providing valuable support throughout the process.
• Propose suitable products, services and upgrades to clients in order to maintain and grow revenue.
• Contribute to continual process improvement, constantly challenging ways of operating with innovative ideas and solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a team player, self-motivated, ability to work autonomously, and looking to progress and develop your broking skills.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years experience managing client accounts
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Driven and enthusiastic
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• General Insurance knowledge, PI focus desirable
• Tier 1 qualifications, mandatory
