We are currently seeking a self-motivated Service Executive who prides themselves on their excellent level of enthusiasm, customer service skills and resilience through any situation and challenge.

You would join our Commercial Property team in Sydney and be responsible for:

• Support the servicing and maintenance of a portfolio of clients and providing front line client service in respect of those accounts.
• Implementing renewal and broking strategies in accordance with instructions received from Account Managers while liaising with claims staff to ensure clients’ interests are protected.
• Processing renewals, quotations, policy enquiries, as well as other tasks delegated to you.
• Managing client and underwriter expectations.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients.

WHO ARE YOU?

The successful candidate must be able to establish and maintain good working client relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

• Insurance experience preferable but not essential. An interest in property ideal.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines within SLA timeframes.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication
• Advanced attention to detail skills and outcome focused
• Driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn
