We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Executive to support our rapidly growing Real Estate team based out of our Melbourne office.

In this permanent role, you will assist with the development of new business and retention of existing business. You will service a portfolio of accounts that consist of commercial property, business insurance and financial lines renewals, ensuring a high standard of customer service, identify and generate new business leads and opportunities, as well as working collaboratively in a national team that places circa $8.4m GWP annually. (VIC Team are over $3.6m GWP annually)

We envision your main responsibilities to include:

• Provide front line client service in respect of allocated accounts
• Engage in new business strategies and lead conversion
• Ensuring the timely and accurate production/processing of administration duties including invoices, quotes, premium and adjustments calculations
• Answering and responding to daily client enquiries
• Liaising with clients & insurers, while developing and maintaining underwriter relationships and renewal negotiation
• Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals, and claims

WHO ARE YOU?

You will be a team player, self-motivated and looking to progress and develop your broking skills.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, with knowledge across commercial property and financial lines preferred
• Tier 1 qualifications, mandatory
• Ability to develop and maintain meaningful working relationships at all levels.
• Possess and apply a thorough technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and all associated legislation.
• Strong organisational and written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail
• New business interest and goal-oriented
