We are looking for an experienced Client Manager - Health & Wellbeing to join our successful Global Networks team and be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and advising them on all elements of Corporate Private Health Insurance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for risk advice strategies, communication, and knowledge of products and services available in the market for Corporate Private Health Insurance.

The Client Manager- Health & Wellbeing, will have a high level of industry knowledge on Corporate Private Health insurance, have experience in account management, attention to detail, initiative, organisational skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, team members, and other relevant stakeholders.

You would join our team and be responsible for:

• Managing and retaining a portfolio of Corporate Private Health insurance clients.
• Contributing to revenue growth through growing existing client portfolio and new business prospecting.
• Working closely and collaboratively with the wider Global Benefits team in the application of subject matter expertise in Corporate Private Health insurance and portfolio management.
• Engagement and negotiation with relevant insurance markets.
• Creating and delivering superior client service plans that meet the needs of the client.
• Providing clients with consistent high-quality service and delivering superior outcomes for clients.

WHO ARE YOU

The successful candidate must be able to manage, develop and maintain long term meaningful working relationships with key clients at all levels, as well as have strong technical ability within the Private Health Industry.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

• Extensive knowledge of Corporate Private Health Insurance programs, including the various legislative requirements.
• Previous experience working in the Private Health Insurance space either for insurers and/or consulting/broking company.
• Previous experience in account/ portfolio management.
• Sound organisational and time management skills to ensure turnaround times and deadlines are appropriately managed.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple consulting engagements for a diverse range of clients.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/ deadlines simultaneously.
• An appetite to learn and keep abreast of industry products and services to provide the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Accountability to take ownership of duties and tasks and be proactive in achieving results.
• Be passionate about contributing and supporting the Global Benefits team.
