We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Executive join our newly acquired brokerage, Citadel Insurance Services, and you will be responsible for managing a shared portfolio of clients and advising them on all elements of their insurance needs.

This portfolio consists of over 250 clients across a mix of Strata, Professionals, Construction, Marine, Trades and Pleasure craft. Our clients are mainly located in the Hunter and Newcastle region.

The successful candidate will have a high level of industry knowledge across general insurance, have experience in account management, attention to detail, initiative, organisational skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, team members, and other relevant stakeholders.

We are open to remote working, with the expectation of a monthly visit to our Newcastle office.

Some of the responsibilities will include -

• Cultivating and nurturing strong and meaningful relationships with our valued insurance partners
• Managing, servicing, and maintaining a portfolio of clients and providing front line client service in respect of those accounts.
• Ensuring a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients.
• Analyse client’s exposures, devise tailored insurance solutions and skillfully negotiate the most optimal deals within in the insurance market.
• Involvement in claims management
• Contribute to continual process improvement, constantly challenging ways of operating with innovative ideas and solutions.
• Contributing to revenue growth through growing existing client portfolio and new business prospecting.
