We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Executive to support our rapidly growing Commercial Property team based out of our Sydney office.

In this permanent role, you will assist with the development of new business and retention of existing business. You will service a portfolio of accounts as allocated to you, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

We envision your main responsibilities to include:

• Provide front line client service in respect of allocated accounts
• Ensuring the timely and accurate production/processing of administration duties including invoices, quotes, premium and adjustments calculations
• Answering and responding to daily enquiries
• Implementing renewal and broking strategies while liaising with claims staff to ensure clients’ interests are protected
• Managing client and underwriter expectations
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals, and claims

WHO ARE YOU?

The successful candidate must be able to manage, develop and maintain long term meaningful working relationships with key clients at all levels.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Tier 1 qualifications, mandatory
• Ability to develop and maintain meaningful working relationships at all levels.
• Possess and apply a thorough technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and all associated legislation, experience in Strata insurance preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy skills
• Strong organisational and written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail
