We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Executive to join our dynamic and successful Corporate team based out of our Melbourne office.

This is an opportunity to work with the fastest growing insurance firm in Australasia.

We envision the responsibilities of these position to include, but not be limited to:

• Acting as the main interface between the client and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is always provided
• Service and manage a mixed portfolio of corporate clients
• Support and facilitate insurance programs
• Assist Client Managers in the management of large accounts
• Work closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs
• Propose suitable products, services and upgrades to clients in order to maintain and grow revenue
• Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals and claims

WHO ARE YOU?

The successful candidate must be able to manage, develop and maintain long term meaningful working relationships with key clients at all levels.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

• Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferably
• Experience across Corporate is desirable
• Completed Tier 1
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
