Position Summary

The Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles across iBase-t, partnering closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and close high-caliber candidates. Because our openings are highly specific, this role requires proven headhunting experience — direct, targeted outreach rather than reliance on inbound applicants — along with demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple geographies and a working command of compensation practices, including offer structuring, market benchmarking, and pay equity considerations, to ensure competitive, compliant offers in every market we hire into.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and product roles, from intake through offer and close.

  • Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards, sourcing strategies, and structured interview plans.

  • Source and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other channels.

  • Recruit across multiple countries and employment models (direct employees, EOR/PEO arrangements, and contractors), adapting to local labor market and hiring norms.

  • Build and present compensation packages in partnership with People Operations, using salary bands, market data, and internal equity analysis to structure competitive, defensible offers.

  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through offer negotiations, balancing market competitiveness with internal pay equity and budget constraints.

  • Maintain accurate requisition, pipeline, and time-to-hire data in Kula (our ATS); report on funnel metrics and hiring progress.

  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment law across jurisdictions, including EEO/OFCCP considerations for U.S. roles and local requirements for international hires.

  • Champion a strong candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff.

  • Support employer branding efforts, including job postings, career site content, and outreach campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within software, engineering, or a similarly technical environment.

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions (e.g., North America and EMEA), including familiarity with international hiring models such as EOR/PEO.

  • Hands-on experience with compensation — market benchmarking, salary band application, and offer construction — is required, not preferred.

  • Proven headhunting experience — direct, targeted sourcing and outreach for hard-to-fill, highly specific roles, not just posting-and-applicant-tracking recruiting.

  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive-candidate channels.

  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment compliance basics (EEO-1, adverse action/FCRA processes, OFCCP-adjacent practices) and comfort learning country-specific nuances as needed.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to advise and influence hiring managers and leadership.

  • Proficiency with an ATS and HRIS platform

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for a manufacturing, aerospace/defense, or regulated-industry software company.

  • Familiarity with global payroll/EOR partners (e.g., TopSource or similar) and cross-border contractor-to-employee transitions.

  • Prior experience partnering directly with People Operations/HR on salary band architecture or compensation frameworks.

What iBase-t Offers

  • Competitive base salary and performance-based incentives.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.

  • 401(k) with company match.

  • Flexible/hybrid work arrangements.

  • The opportunity to build recruiting practices for a growing, globally distributed team.
