This role leads a team of Account Managers and frontline leaders, acting as executive advisors to ICIMS customers. The SVP drives disciplined account strategy, value-focused engagement, and connects ICIMS’ capabilities to customer business priorities and outcomes.
Success is measured by revenue performance and the team's ability to deliver and communicate clear customer value, fostering long-term partnerships and predictable renewal and growth revenue.

Responsibilities
Customer Growth Strategy & Value Selling:
- Develop and execute strategies for retention, expansion, and lasting customer value.
- Standardize value selling frameworks and ensure messaging aligns with customer priorities.
- Create actionable growth plans from account initiatives and opportunities.
Executive Engagement:
- Enhance engagement with executive stakeholders through outcome-driven discussions.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews to showcase realized and future value.
- Position ICIMS as a strategic partner by leading with insight and influencing customer thinking.
Team Leadership:
- Coach and develop Account Managers for enterprise-level consultative sales.
- Foster a culture of business acumen, value articulation, and executive influence.
- Reinforce consistent sales behaviors and build enablement programs for skill development.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations for unified customer experiences.
- Align teams to deliver measurable customer value and translate feedback into improvements.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage commercial metrics (NRR, expansion, renewals, growth).
- Ensure pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and consistent sales processes.
- Use Salesforce and analytics for visibility into customer health and performance.
AI & Insight-Driven Selling:
- Promote AI and analytics in account planning and value demonstration.
- Leverage data to enhance deal strategies and differentiate iCIMS’ AI offerings.
Culture & Leadership:
- Build a high-trust, accountable culture focused on delivering value.
- Attract and retain talent through clear expectations and strong team environment.
- Uphold iCIMS’ values and integrity in all activities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years B2B enterprise SaaS sales leadership, direct C-level engagement.
- Proven success in strategic account management and customer growth.
- Experience in value selling transformations and enterprise account strategy.
- Strong business acumen and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
- Skilled in coaching sales teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel.
Preferred
- Background in HCM/HR SaaS.
- Experience with AI/analytics integration.
- Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, value selling).

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $260,000. In addition, the estimated on-target earnings (“OTE”), which includes base salary and commissions, is $400,000 – $520,000.
Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
