Job Overview

As a Sr. Director, GTM Enablement, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the sales, services, and partner enablement programs in alignment with our go-to-market strategy; this may be at a country, region, or global level. Responsibilities include leading a team of enablement specialists and trainers; as well as acting as an individual contributor leading or participating in cross functional teams to design, develop and roll out enablement projects. This role interacts with senior management, partners, and operational teams to provide the field and partners with the knowledge, skills, tools, and assets to achieve business objectives across the Company. This role reports to the SVP, GTM Enablement and Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CMO, COO, and CRO, and their associated teams, to develop and implement effective capabilities across the organization to drive the sales, implementation, and support of the company’s products and services.
  • Support the SVP, GTM Enablement and Partner, by preparing quarterly enablement plans, quarterly business reviews, and contributing to board level presentations.
  • Partner with Director, Portfolio Marketing and, SVP, Products to ensure sales and services are enabled in a timely, relevant manner with product launch/ release, pricing, packaging, and competitive intelligence, and content.
  • Support the definition and implementation of practices vital to scale global sales and services across multiple products, geographies, and segments.
  • Facilitate the successful implementation of new programs through the sales, services, and partner organizations by ensuring well-defined, efficient, and measurable enablement programs are rolled out.
  • Partner with GTM Leadership and Talent Development to create and operate effective onboarding programs to support and improve new hire success ramp and retention.
  • Align with GTM Leadership and Talent Acquisition team to establish recruitment profiles and proficiencies to ensure an available vibrant pipeline of sales and service talent.
  • Touchpoint with the CMO, COO, and CRO, to plan and deliver the annual field kickoff event, with support from Corporate Marketing and other teams.
  • Partner with GTM Management to ensure on-going sales excellence through the Value Selling methodology and adoption and adherence to sound processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in sales, sales operations or sales enablement role in a business-to-business SaaS environment.
  • At least 5 years of prior leadership experience.
  • Development and application of business analytics for measuring the success of enablement efforts; including trend analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to anticipate and proactively resolve issues.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple components of a project, keeping all contributors on pace with deliverables and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Heightened ability to collaborate with multiple internal functions to develop comprehensive enablement plans and coordinated delivery of training, resources, templates, etc..
  • Ability to drive and manage changing priorities as required.
  • Learn-it-all vs know it all with strong intellectual curiosity to embrace new methodologies and build a “learning” culture.
  • Combines competitiveness with empathy, along with a high-level of personal and professional integrity.

Preferred

  • BA or requisite experience required.
  • Masters’ degree or MBA strongly desired.
  • Experience in HR/HCM software market would be a benefit.
